Our company’s legal and trade names are the same – Genspec Materials, Inc., a private corporation that was incorporated in 2010 in the State of Delaware and the Company has been existing in good standing under Federal and State laws of the United States of America and in various locations where we operate or have a business presence. Our technical and commercial staff are experts of insured and uninsured merchandise and surplus inventories’ disposition and value maximization. As well known in the specialty secondary markets throughout the world, our company specializes in marine, inland and air cargo and warehouse inventories surveying, investigation, loss control, buying and selling, and brokerage services. Not only we provide these specialty services, we also buy and sell damaged, surplus and otherwise distressed merchandise professionally, efficiently and reliably. Our corporate headquarters is located in Wilmington City of the State of Delaware, but our operations are not restricted to Delaware – we inspect, purchase and remarket goods of aforementioned nature not only in North America but also throughout the whole world. We inspect and appraise insured or uninsured goods in distress just as soon as we can get our specialist surveyor on-site. Once we have secured and taken possession of the goods, transportation, storage and disposition are our responsibilities. Our network of shipping agents and storage facilities enable us to move the goods promptly and efficiently. We can also handle the trans-shipment of cargo should it be required either on water or land. If necessary, we can also source alternative or replacement goods for our clients who cannot use the damaged ones any more. Since formation in 2010, our company has grown into a full-fledged salvage service provider with agents in most areas of the world, offering a truly global service that meets and often exceeds our customers’ expectations.
